I don't know what it was about the Reze Arc movie, but discussing and writing out some thoughts about it woke something up, as you might've noticed with me writing about GDT's Frankenstein and now Fire Punch. These are thoughts I don't necessarily wanna push somewhere like Letterbox or wherever people review manga and other media, etc etc because while generally related and somewhat revolving around the work, it's more of an examination of my self reflected through the art. I wouldn't call these reviews. I'm not telling you whether or not it'll be worth your effort and investment. But maybe you can relate to how I feel in some ways, and want to see how the work affects you in comparison, or something like that. It feels a bit hard to talk about this without sounding like my head's up my ass, but know I speak with sincerity. Will anyone read this here? Who knows. I think it's nice to toss this into a void separate from social media. I don't know how long I'll keep this up, but I'll make an effort. Call it an introspective winter.
